The establishment is adjacent to "The Sphere" and has many nice cafes and restaurants along with other basic facilities like a pharmacy and shopping mart. If you plan to stay in the serviced apartments for an extended period, grocery shopping can be done at "The Sphere".

How was my experience of staying at Ve Hotel & Residence? 

I booked the hotel online on the Agoda.com  platform. A 14-day advance purchase got me an amazing discount. I suggest booking in advance to save over 15% on advance purchase offers. The hotel is accessible from the KL City Center by a 20-minute drive. The accommodation is suitable for visitors using personal transport.  

Plenty of modern development in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

The hotel was fully booked over the weekend. As I did not book a breakfast option online, I was offered a RM 30 Continental Breakfast offer. I highly recommend booking the breakfast option as the quality of service and choices at the breakfast is quite impressive.

The hotel offers a wide range of continental and local dishes as the hotel attracts a large number of international visitors. After having my breakfast the next day, I decided to explore the surrounding area of the property on foot.

The shopping Mall across the road is easily accessible by a footbridge. The building has a number of restaurants including a "Halal Chinese" restaurant on the first floor along with a Starbucks on the ground floor. 

I enjoyed exploring "The Sphere" and was surprised by the sheer number of dining options under one roof. 

What accommodation is available at the Ve Hotel & Residence in Bangsar South? 

The deluxe rooms are lavishly furnished with modern amenities and modern decor. The deluxe room was spacious with a double King Size bed and a modern bathroom. I enjoyed relaxing at the outdoor pool in the late afternoon. The pool is open till 10 pm. On the weekend night, the poolside area is transformed into a bar with live music. The sitting area is well decorated with foundation and lighting at night time. 

Free parking is available for the residents in the underground car park which is an additional feature. The ground floor has two cafes and a 24-hour convenience store. The bars across the road from the Ve Hotel are open till midnight and are a popular hangout for the local Bangsar crowd.

I highly recommend this location if you plan to explore local foodie locations and bars in the Bangsar Area of Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is ideal for solo travellers and families. 

What are other attractions in the Bangsar Area?

Bangsar is an uptown neighbourhood in Kuala Lumpur, therefore some of the best shopping Malls including Midcity Mega Mall and Gardens Malls are located in this area. These two shopping malls offer amazing shopping for local and foreign brands. Relax and enjoy the food at one of the many cafes around the malls. Some of the popular names like Yeast and Antipodean cafes have opened their branches in these Malls.
